G.R.A.C.E. offers comprehensive pathway career training and services that are designed to support growth, resilience, and achievement of marginalized individuals including survivors of domestic violence  and abuse, formerly incarcerated, young adults 18-24, veterans and BIPOC community.

Our programs focus on personal development, self sufficiency and mental well being as well as job readiness and vocational training. G.R.A.C.E. is committed to breaking barriers, creating opportunities and fostering a society where all individuals can thrive.

Mission

G.R.A.C.E. is dedicated to fostering growth, resilience, achievement, strengthening community, and empowerment for survivors of domestic violence, trauma, and individuals transitioning from incarceration. Our mission is to break barriers by providing comprehensive support, employment training and resources to empower men, women, veterans, and BIPOC communities. We believe in creating opportunities and cultivating a society where all individuals can thrive with dignity and acceptance.

Our Vision

We envision a future where survivors and individuals transitioning from incarceration are embraced by a community grounded in faith, equipped with the employment training and support necessary to achieve their full potential. Through our efforts, we strive to build inclusive communities where empowerment and acceptance pave the way for lasting positive change.
